4. Orders and Quotations

Orders may be placed directly through the website or through an uploaded BOQ/LPO document (PDF or Excel).

All quotations are subject to change until confirmed.

FAWAZ reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless stated otherwise.

All payments must be made in AED using accepted payment methods at checkout.

For bulk or B2B orders, credit terms may be offered subject to prior approval.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on product availability and destination.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your Order Confirmation email, or it will be communicated through mail. They are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval.

Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., customized or special-order items).

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, errors may sometimes occur. FAWAZ is not responsible for any typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or technical inaccuracies.

FAWAZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website or products, even if advised of such possibilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, FAWAZ, its affiliates, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including lost profits, data, or goodwill—arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
