1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Customized or special-order items are non-returnable, unless defective.

• Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate pickup or delivery.
• Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
  

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on customer preference.
• Please allow 7–10 working days for processing.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
