Each coil is dehydrated, nitrogen purged, sealed with end caps, and shrink-wrapped individually to maintain high cleanness from our factory to your job site. Our standards ensure long life expectancy for your HVAC/R system devices and equipment.

Key Points:
HIGHEST PURITY COPPER
Produced in compliance with ASTM phosphorus deoxidized DHP UNS C12200 grade of copper (Cu > 99.9%, P0.015%-0.040%).

SUPER CLEAN COILS
Each coil is vacuumed and purged with nitrogen to obtain internal residue less than 0.0035 g/ft (as per the specified cleanness limit set by ASTM B280 & ASTM B743) to provide maximum protection against harmful oxides during soldering/brazing.

OPTIMIZED FOR THE JOB SITE
⦁ Suitable for Variable Refrigeration Flow (VRF) Systems and modern refrigerants, including R410A
⦁ UL recognized to 700psi at 250 degrees Fahrenheit (in select sizes)
⦁ Annealed to ensure easy field installation and tested for:
- Elongation greater than >40%
- Flaring expansion greater than >40% of the outer diameter
- Tensile strength greater than >205 MPa
